European Works and European Works by Independent Producers
Once again the Broadcasting Authority is compiling statistics concerning European Works and European Works by Independent Producers. The statistical information required should cover the period 1st January to 31st December 2008. Please provide the requested information on the attached chart by Monday, 30th March 2009.
When compiling the data reference should be made to the European Union Commission’s Suggested Guidelines for the Monitoring of the Implementation of Articles 4 and 5 of the Television without Frontiers Directive as well as the Broadcasting (Jurisdiction and European Co-operation) Regulations, 2000 (Legal Notice 158 of 2000) copies of which have been included in previous correspondence.
